Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests in our iconic venues around Sydney. We are excited to be recruiting for the theatre bars and event spaces in the Sydney Opera House. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced staff to join our expanding team.

We are looking for experienced, flexible and reliable Food and Beverage Staff to work in our iconic venue at the Sydney Opera House. If you have experience working in fast paced Cafés, Restaurants and Events delivering premium quality, we would love to hear from you. You will have current and recent experience working in a restaurant, have a real passion for food innovation and know what’s ‘on-trend’ to satisfy these knowledgeable, regular theatre goers while offering outstanding customer service.
To ensure your success in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Worked in either a contemporary café, gastro pub and/or restaurants
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling
- Able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- A working understanding of Food safety Standards
- Must have a current RSA card/certificate
