Amazing Opportunity

Trippas White Group is focused on delivering an exceptional experience and therefore needs outstanding Baristas, to join The National Gallery of Australia's Café team. The Baristas will be responsible for assisting with the provision of café service, cash handling, customer service and great coffee making skills.

Full-time roles available.

 You

• MUST have experience as a Barista, minimum 12 months
• Be able to successfully make excellent and different types of coffee
• Strong eye for detail and food presentation skills
• Knowledge of cold press, aero press and all emerging coffee trends
• Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team
• Be able to put as much pride and passion into a simple sandwich as a bespoke special events menu
• Flexible and willing attitude, strong written communication and customer service skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation that is translated the way your kitchen and team presents
• A working understanding of Food safety Standards, experience of HACCP would be advantageous
