Our iconic venue is located in Mosman with panoramic views over the stunning Sydney Harbour and local greenery. Our multi site location includes a function centre, fine dining restaurant, cafe and retail outlets. We are looking for confident sous chefs to join our team.

Do you have?

3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Confident in large scale events
Able to work five days across a seven day operation
Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
Easy access to transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
You are passionate, dedicated, reliable and are willing to learn
Experience in ordering, stock control, and training staff essential
