The Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Catering Manager to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a a range of kitchen staff for the stunning Taronga Zoo precinct.

Reporting to the Executive Chef – Taronga Zoo, we a seeking casual Kitchen Hands, Chefs and Chef de Partie levels to join kitchen team. If you enjoy the excitement of working in a large team at an iconic venue; with the opportunity to work on seasonal dishes to challenge your skills and creativity, then this role is for you!

To ensure your success in this role you will have

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment 
• Able to work 3-5 days across a 7 day operation
• Prepared to work in multi outlets including restaurant service, events etc.
• Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
• Be a positive leader with the ability to lead by example
• Have a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, Stock taking
