The Role

We are looking for an outstanding Executive Sous Chef who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment while delivering high quality food, service and have a genuine passion for food. This exciting role will see you overlooking all facets of our events business. You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a supportive Executive Chef and team. In this role you will also assist in crafting bespoke menus, managing menu cost analysis, rostering, and orchestrating the seamless execution of events. You

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen - fine dining and/or events catering experience essential
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and staff development.
• Ability to produce high quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
• Must have Qualifications or equivalent trade experience
• HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Willing attitude, clear communication, and customer service skills
• You will be reliable, dedicated, and willing to continue learning
• Adaptability & Flexibility - able to work across a flexible roster - weekends, mornings & evenings
