We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

 

What We’re Looking For:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in daily operations, staff development, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to uphold high standards and create a memorable guest experience from day one.

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a fine-dining or premium restaurant
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and guest service excellence
  • A natural leader who can train, motivate, and support a high-performing team
  • Ability to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for the hospitality industry
