Based at one of our flagship venues, Taronga Zoo, we are looking for a casual Administration Assistant to work with the venue to achieve its financial and operational objectives.
Your tasks will include:
- Recording financial transactions:
- Reconcile company bank accounts and paying bills
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Filing taxes for the company
- Preparing financial statements
You will have the following skills:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Organisation
- Time management
- Communication
To ensure your success in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in administration – Hospitality industry desirable
- Strong computer skills and knowledge with Microsoft suites
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pride in presentation
