We are currently looking for casual chefs and kitchen team members to support operations across the group over the coming months. There are opportunities available in a variety of venues, with the potential for ongoing full-time roles for the right candidates. Shifts will be offered across multiple sites depending on business needs, ranging from prep and production to service-focused roles. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and able to work collaboratively within different kitchen teams. This is a great opportunity for chefs who are interested in gaining experience across a diverse group of venues, with the possibility of progressing into permanent full-time positions.
About the Role
We are hiring for multiple positions across prep, production, and service. You’ll be working alongside an experienced leadership team to support a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen with a strong focus on consistency, organisation, and teamwork.

Kitchen Hands (entry level or experienced)

Cooks – All Levels (Prep Cook, Line Cook, Senior Cook)
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting daily prep and production for our seasonal menu

Assisting with set-up, service, pack-down, and general kitchen operations

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards

Executing dishes to spec during high-volume service

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service flow
What We’re Looking For

Previous kitchen experience preferred

Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Availability across weekdays and weekends during the cinema season
